We work directly with the Italian manufacturers of kitchen appliances, sinks, mixers and furniture fittings, as their exclusive distributor in Ukraine. For us that is the daily business of supply and service; for a customer it has a few very practical consequences, and they are worth stating plainly.

What direct distribution gives you

Goods travel from the manufacturer to our warehouse without intermediaries, so we know where every item came from and we answer for it. That means an official warranty, the documents that belong with an appliance, and the ability to order an original spare part or accessory years after the purchase. It also means that when you ask whether a particular model will be available, we answer by looking at a real delivery schedule rather than guessing.

• designers and furniture studios who need exact dimensions, housings and lead times while the drawings are still open;
• kitchen manufacturers ordering fittings and appliances in batches;

How we work with projects

If the kitchen is still being designed, the time to talk to us is before the furniture is ordered. We provide the technical documentation for appliances and sinks, advise on housing sizes, ventilation gaps and connection requirements, and help put a selection together so that the fittings, the appliances and the sink do not fight each other inside a narrow cabinet. It is the cheapest stage at which a mistake can still be corrected.

We also keep in stock the things that are otherwise hunted for weeks: filters, sink accessories, components for furniture systems and spare parts for appliances sold years ago. It is a less visible part of the work than a shelf of new arrivals, but it is what decides whether a kitchen still works five years from now. If you are not sure which part you need, send a manager a photograph of the assembly and the serial number of the appliance, and that is usually enough to find the item in the manufacturer's catalogue. For large orders we agree a delivery schedule separately, so the appliances arrive once the furniture is built.
